Talos Network is a talent development organization focused on European AI policy careers, with the mission of supporting the safe development of advanced AI by fostering the next generation of leaders in AI policy. Its flagship Talos Fellowship is a seven-month program comprising an eight-week online AI Policy Fundamentals course, a week-long policymaking summit in Brussels, and a paid four-to-six-month placement at respected policy organizations such as the Centre for European Policy Studies, OECD.AI, and the Centre for Future Generations. Between 2022 and 2025, 70% of Talos alumni successfully transitioned to roles directly contributing to advanced AI policy and safety across institutions including the EU AI Office, UK AISI, OECD, and RAND Europe.
